Cost-first guide

Enterprise path when you do not yet have an instrumented agent with countable outcomes.

1. Ingest API cost (measured)
Use what you already have — no new gateway required:
- LiteLLM / existing proxy → POST /api/adapters/litellm
- CSV wizard or provider connect (Admin key) → /import
- Agent code → POST /api/ingest/ai-runs
2. Owner feedback (reported)
On each use-case page, the department owner records whether results got better, the same, or worse. This appears on the Value Statement as owner-reported impact and never upgrades the evidence tier.
3. System outcomes (later)
First vertical: support tickets (id, time-to-answer). Then CSAT, GitHub/GitLab — after cost and feedback are trusted.
